Hey guys! It hasn't been that much since I last released update 0.6, but I have some great news for you!
Thanks to the streamer LordovLoot I discovered, by analyzing his gameplay video, that there were some things I had to improve in Scarlet Shadow. This update is the direct result of me watching that video! Yet again a huge thanks goes to Lordovloot, whose video has been very precious!
Let's proceed with the improvements of this version:
Changed how the Row Mechanic works: Skills are now divided in three types: Melee, which can only be used from the First Row, Ranged, which can only be used from the Rearguard, and Magic, that can be used in both rows.
Changed the drops of some monsters: Drones ETAN1 and ETAN3 will drop potions and some materials more easily. Igiuls and Booksters will drop some materials more easily.
Slightly modified some maps of the Ether Structure.
Bug Fixing: Fixed a game-crashing bug during the first scene inside the "Clock Tower" dungeon. Fixed a bug that caused the screen to darken after exiting the Knock-off Shop basement level.
Changed text formatting in some dialogues
Actually, i forgot to add an article for the changelog of Scarlet Shadow version 0.6, since I updated it as soon as Eckoray discovered the new bug. This new version introduced many improvements for the game.
Fixed a game-crashing bug when the player tried to remove a piece of equipment (Thanks to Eckoray for finding this one out)
New animations for some skills
Techniques that require items now indicate them in the description of the skill
Text boxes are now smaller
Added sound whenever balloons are displayed
Adapted some maps to HD resolution
Improved some maps
Changed some items description
I kinda had to upload this as soon as I discovered the bug, so I didn't manage to change many things, but I hope you'll appreciate it anyway!
